Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the nature of service-based work, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. However, we understand that certain circumstances may warrant a refund or credit.

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only under the conditions outlined below.

 
Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed upon in the contract or service agreement.

  • You cancel the service before any work has begun.

  • A billing error occurred on our part.

 

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within [7–14] days of the purchase or service date.

 
Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services that have already been rendered or partially completed.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment time).

  • Digital materials, downloads, or intellectual property delivered.

  • Customized or personalized services after work has commenced.

 
Deposits and Retainers

Deposits and retainers are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in your service agreement. They secure your booking and cover administrative and initial preparation time.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

You may reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.
