Root Causes

Here you’ll be invited to open the door to God’s healing by shifting from self-blame to self-understanding. We’ll do a deeper dive into your story, identifying your specific root causes and inviting the Lord to break those chains.

​Ideal for: Women who resonate with Paul in the book of Romans, "For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing!” – Romans 7:19-20. This phase is designed to help you uncover the root(s) of your thoughts, feelings, and actions for the purpose of choosing new and life-giving behaviors and habits instead.

Grounded in Truth

6 Sessions | 6 –12 Weeks | $749

This is the growth phase — where insight becomes action. You’ll learn and practice new tools, habits, and disciplines to replace old, destructive patterns with healthy, Christ-centered ones. As you put these into practice, you’ll notice real change — responding to challenges with greater calm, setting healthier boundaries, and making decisions that align with your values and God’s Word.

Understanding Change

Learn how lasting change happens — and receive encouragement through every step. This phase blends biblical wisdom with the science of renewal. You’ll discover why transformation can be difficult, how your mind and body resist it, and how God’s power makes true change possible.

Abide and Grow

Transformation isn’t a moment — it’s a daily walk. This ongoing support provides continued encouragement, accountability, and prayer as you strengthen new rhythms and remain rooted in truth.
